“Eat Colors” Philosophy

Welcome to the world of colorful food!

For me, food is not just about taste or filling our stomachs. It’s about nourishing ourselves and inspiring others.

I am passionate about using food as a tool to heal the body and mind, build community, and share knowledge with others. With “EAT COLORS,” I aim to bring this message to a wider audience.

The EAT COLORS wellness products are carefully crafted using only the highest quality, natural ingredients and designed to provide targeted support for specific health concerns. From immunity-boosting blends to targeted color formulations, each product is backed by the latest scientific research and made with your well-being in mind.

Merchandise will include everything from kitchen tools and accessories to apparel and home decor. With the belief that surrounding ourselves with reminders of the power of colorful, nourishing foods can help us stay on track with our health goals and inspire us to make healthier choices every day.

Last but not least, our educational materials will serve as a source of knowledge and inspiration. From recipe collections to educational guides on the benefits of medicinal herbs and various colored foods, our books are a must-have for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of the connection between food and health.

This is more than just a brand – it will be a community of like-minded individuals who believe that food is medicine and that by sharing our knowledge and experiences, we can help each other lead happier, healthier lives.

The entire EAT COLORS philosophy is based on the importance of eating a variety of fresh and colorful foods instead of following misleading and restrictive fad diets. Each color represents different nutrients and health benefits that can help us achieve optimal wellness. In later posts, I will go into detail about the specific benefits surrounding the food color groups.

Before we go any further, let’s have a talk. I know you know what to eat. The information is everywhere. I recognize there are barriers that make some of these recommendations easier said than done. However, even the smallest, consistent changes can make a big difference. Then there are cheat foods. Yes, we all love them because they are &$%#& delicious. But let’s be honest. They are called cheat foods for a reason. They aren’t the best option for our health. Consume them rarely and in moderation. It’s all about balance, my friends.

Now, let’s move on to the good stuff. What to eat. I believe that by consuming different colors of fresh food, we can ensure that our bodies get all the necessary nutrients to function correctly.

Here’s what I recommend:

Starting off, high-quality protein should make up less than 10% of your daily calorie intake. That means cutting back on red meat and processed meats and adding more lean protein sources such as chicken, turkey, and fish.

Next, healthy fats. You know ’em, you love ’em! Avocado, seeds, nuts and the like should make up 10-40% of your daily calorie intake. These foods are rich in healthy fats and can help keep you full and satisfied throughout the day.

Moving on to fruits, beans, and legumes – these should make up 30-40% of your daily calorie intake. Fruits are an excellent source of vitamins and fiber, while beans and legumes are a great source of protein and fiber. They are also low in fat and calories, making them an excellent addition to your diet.

Lastly, vegetables should make up 30-60% of your daily calorie intake. Vegetables are packed with vitamins, minerals, and fiber, making them a crucial part of any healthy diet. Try to mix it up by getting more of these.

So, the key takeaway is to eat a variety of fresh, colorful, and nutrient-dense foods. No fad diets, no restrictions, just good old-fashioned power of nature’s colors. Your body will thank you for it.
